Returns and Refunds

We strive to provide the best products and service to our customers. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


No Returns or Order Cancellations

  • All orders are final. We do not accept returns or cancellations due to change of mind.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

COD Security Deposit Policy

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small upfront amount is collected as a security deposit.
  • Orders Above ₹5,000

    • Cash on Delivery is not available for products with a total shipment value exceeding ₹5,000. This restriction is clearly mentioned on the respective product pages.
    • If a customer still places an order above this limit using the COD option, the COD security deposit will be forfeited and no refund will be provided. No exceptions will be made.
  • Non-Refundable Security Deposit

    • The security deposit is non-refundable in the following cases:
      • Customer refuses delivery.
      • Customer is unavailable during delivery attempts.
      • Incorrect address or phone number is provided.
      • Delivery fails due to any reason attributable to the customer.
      • Order is returned to origin without any fault of the courier partner.
  • This policy helps us ensure only genuine orders are placed and reduces logistics abuse.

Courier Related Issues

  • If delivery fails due to a genuine courier-related issue and the customer is not at fault, we will arrange a fresh shipment at no additional cost.
  • Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Re-dispatch Charges

  • Only the first shipping attempt is free.
  • If the order is returned due to customer-side errors such as:
    • Incorrect address
    • Incorrect phone number
    • Failure to accept delivery
    • Customer unavailability
    • then a re-shipping charge of ₹200 for surface shipping will apply for the next delivery attempt.
  • The replacement shipment will be dispatched only after the original shipment has been returned to us.

Warranty Claims

  • Most products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects unless stated otherwise on the product page.
  • Batteries and accessories, including cables, dongles, and similar accessories, are covered by a 6-month warranty unless stated otherwise on the product page.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
  • It does not cover:
    • Physical damage
    • Liquid damage
    • Misuse
    • Unauthorized modifications
    • Unauthorized software and hardware modifications (including Tape Mod and similar modifications)
    • Electrical misuse
  • Freebies, complimentary items, packaging boxes, and dust covers are not covered under warranty or replacement.
  • All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification.

Mandatory Troubleshooting

  • Troubleshooting is mandatory before proceeding with any repair or replacement process. Most issues are resolved through troubleshooting itself, which helps save transit time and allows customers to get their products working again without the inconvenience of shipping the unit.

Firmware Flashing and Bricked Devices

  • Customers are responsible for carefully following firmware flashing instructions.
  • If a keyboard becomes bricked during firmware flashing and cannot be recovered through normal troubleshooting or recovery procedures, the customer will be required to bear one-way shipping charges to send the product to us for inspection or repair.
  • Damage resulting from flashing incorrect firmware, interrupted flashing processes, or unauthorized firmware modifications will void the warranty.

Repair-First Process

  • Our warranty process follows a repair-first approach. If the issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, the unit will be inspected and repaired. If the product cannot be repaired, a replacement will be provided subject to stock availability.

Charging Guidelines for Wireless Products

  • To ensure safe operation and longevity, wireless keyboards and other rechargeable products must be charged only using the cable provided in the box.
  • Customers are advised to charge the product only through the USB ports of a laptop/PC.
  • The use of fast chargers, quick charge adapters, high-voltage adapters, power delivery (PD) chargers, or any non-standard power source is strictly discouraged.
  • Damage caused by improper charging practices, including the use of fast chargers, unsupported adapters, power banks, or non-standard power sources, is considered electrical misuse and is not covered under warranty.
  • Failure to follow these charging guidelines may result in battery damage, charging circuit failure, or permanent damage to the product and may void the warranty.

Replacements for Defective Products

  • We offer replacements only for manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • For claims involving dead-on-arrival (DOA) units, physical damage, missing items, missing accessories, incorrect items, or any other issue that may have occurred during transit or packaging, an unboxing video is mandatory.
  • The unboxing video must clearly show:
    • The outer package seal.
    • The complete unboxing process from start to finish without any cuts, edits, pauses, or interruptions.
    • The contents of the package.
    • Any missing item, missing accessory, incorrect item, visible damage, or defect being reported.
  • Claims relating to dead-on-arrival products, transit damage, missing items, missing accessories, incorrect items, or other packaging-related issues made without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • All replacement requests are subject to inspection, verification, and approval by our team.
  • Refunds will not be provided for defective products within the replacement window.

Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds for any products or orders except where expressly stated in this policy.
  • Warranty claims are handled through troubleshooting, repair, or replacement. Refunds are not provided for manufacturing defects, courier-related issues, customer-side delivery failures, electrical misuse, firmware flashing failures, or any other circumstance unless explicitly mentioned otherwise in this policy.
  • If a replacement product is unavailable and the customer declines an alternative product of equal value, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
