Warranty Policy
At URX, our warranty policy is simple and transparent.
- Warranty Duration: Most of our products come with a 1-year warranty covering only manufacturing defects.
- If there's no warranty or a different warranty period, it will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
How It Works
- To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team at support@urx.co.in.
- Please attach your order invoice or proof of purchase along with a clear video demonstrating the issue.
- Our support team will first suggest troubleshooting steps to diagnose and resolve the issue.
- Most issues are resolved through troubleshooting itself, allowing customers to avoid the inconvenience of shipping the product.
- If the issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, we will proceed with the warranty process.
- Repair First: If your product is covered under warranty, we will first attempt to repair it after it has been sent to us.
- Replacement If Needed: If the product cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement, subject to stock availability.
- Out of Stock? If replacement stock or parts are unavailable, we will inform you accordingly. In such cases, you may need to wait while we restock or procure the necessary replacement parts.
Mandatory Troubleshooting
- Troubleshooting is mandatory before proceeding with any repair or replacement process.
- Most issues are resolved through troubleshooting itself, which helps save transit time and allows customers to get their products working again without the inconvenience of shipping the unit.
Repair-First Process
- Our warranty process follows a repair-first approach.
- If the issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, the unit will be inspected and repaired.
- If the product cannot be repaired, a replacement will be provided subject to stock availability.
Warranty Claims
- Most products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects unless stated otherwise on the product page.
- Batteries and accessories, including cables, dongles, and similar accessories, are covered by a 6-month warranty unless stated otherwise on the product page.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
- It does not cover:

- Physical damage
- Liquid damage
- Misuse
- Unauthorized modifications
- Unauthorized software and hardware modifications (including Tape Mod and similar modifications)
- Electrical misuse
- Freebies, complimentary items, packaging boxes, and dust covers are not covered under warranty or replacement.
- Removing foam that is attached or adhered to the PCB will void the warranty.
- Removing the battery or any component attached or adhered to foam, paper, or any other surface will void the warranty
- Damage resulting from stripped screws is not covered under warranty or replacement.
- All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification.

- Troubleshooting is mandatory before proceeding with any repair or replacement process. Most issues are resolved through troubleshooting itself, which helps save transit time and allows customers to get their products working again without the inconvenience of shipping the unit.
Firmware Flashing and Bricked Devices
- Customers are responsible for carefully following firmware flashing instructions.
- If a keyboard becomes bricked during firmware flashing and cannot be recovered through normal troubleshooting or recovery procedures, the customer will be required to bear one-way shipping charges to send the product to us for inspection or repair.
- Damage resulting from flashing incorrect firmware, interrupted flashing processes, or unauthorized firmware modifications will void the warranty.
Charging Guidelines for Wireless Products
- To ensure safe operation and longevity, wireless keyboards and other rechargeable products must be charged only using the cable provided in the box.
- Customers are advised to charge the product only through the USB ports of a laptop/PC.
- The use of fast chargers, quick charge adapters, high-voltage adapters, power delivery (PD) chargers, or any non-standard power source is strictly discouraged.
- Damage caused by improper charging practices, including the use of fast chargers, unsupported adapters, power banks, or non-standard power sources, is considered electrical misuse and is not covered under warranty.
- Failure to follow these charging guidelines may result in battery damage, charging circuit failure, or permanent damage to the product and may void the warranty.
Product Conditions and Manufacturing Tolerances
- Slight color variations between anodized parts may occur and are considered normal.
- Images and renders used on product listings are for reference purposes only. The actual product may vary slightly.
- Cosmetic imperfections, marks, or scratches measuring less than 2.01 mm are considered within acceptable tolerances and are not covered under warranty or replacement.
- For barebones products, cosmetic flaws or scratches reported after the building or assembly process has begun will not be covered under warranty or replacement.
Please Note
- Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects.
- It does not cover damage caused by misuse, modifications, or accidents.
- Products with no warranty mentioned fall under our standard 1-year warranty and repair policy above.
